April is World Landscape Architecture Month!

Join the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) for World Landscape Architecture Month (WLAM)! Celebrate the impact of landscape architecture on our world and inspire future generations of landscape architects.

WLAM is a month-long international celebration of landscape architecture and designed public and private spaces. During WLAM, ASLA and landscape architects around the world aim to demonstrate connections to the spaces landscape architects create by highlighting landscape architect-designed spaces.

Join the conversation on social media using #WLAM2025. Share your unique perspective, or use our daily prompts for inspiration.
Tag @NationalASLA for a chance to be featured on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, as well as in Landscape Architecture Magazine!

Advocate

Advocate for landscape architecture by participating in our ongoing iAdvocate campaigns.
Encourage your local government to issue a proclamation recognizing the profession (ASLA member-only resource).
Organize a site tour for elected officials to showcase how landscape architecture benefits your community.

Educate

Spark girl power with STEM Literacy by Design. Engage young minds with storytime readings and design activities. ASLA Chapters can sign up by March 25 to receive four children's books written by ASLA members.
Introduce PreK-12 students to landscape architecture through ASLA Dream Big with Design, a showcase of design learning.
Discover tools for teachers and Career Discovery resources.

AZASLA SOCIAL MEDIA TAKE OVER!

AZASLA is excited to invite our members to help celebrate World Landscape Architecture Month this April by collaborating with our social media accounts for a few days! We want to highlight the projects and daily work of Arizona landscape architecture firms and university student chapters.

Sign up now using the scheduling calendar below to secure your spot for collaboration with AZASLA! This is a first come, first serve opportunity. Once all spots are filled, no further dates will be available.

Register for any available day but no more than two (2) days to allow everyone to participate.
Registrations must be submitted by March 22nd.

Participants will receive confirmation of their dates by AZASLA Communications by March 26th
